Quiet, design-led serviced residences near Brent Cross West station. Self-contained serviced studios for corporate teams, contractors and project-based stays with flexible stays up to around 90 nights. Crownverge can be deployed as a brand for suitable schemes within the Fenrir platform.

Property services brand

Private parking management and enforcement for landowners and managing agents. Issues and processes PCNs, handles payments and appeals. Can be integrated into Fenrir hospitality and living schemes where parking revenue is part of the asset strategy.

Sources and coordinates residential and commercial assets for sale, letting and ongoing management. Provides transaction support, investor-grade reporting and pipeline coordination across the group's activities while routing reserved legal work to regulated professionals.
